"received used shipping crate on 7/27/21 delivery driver had hard time placing container ( we have a wide open lot) I was inside while he tried to get it in the wide open spot he drops container and leaves. We were told they are guarantied to be water tight. Its winter where I live and 5 months later we go in to get a few things out and see that there is water leaking in 3-4 places along with daylight you can see where a fork lift went through the bottom. I called to see what could be done as they guarantee it to be water tight. That guarantee expires when the delivery driver leaves apparently. Lady on the phone was rude and said its been 7 months and there not much that could be done. what ever rubber paint they used to seal damaged areas does not last. Buyer beware. we had a welder coming to repair leaks today. I understand its a used product but thought it would have been at least water tight like I was promised"

"I’ma little uncertain given a couple of people gave bad reviews from google, but my experience went very well for me. I knew first hand that Im getting a used container so wasn't surprised by a few minor dents and scratches. It pretty much looks waterproof with no holes, etc. Tim the delivery guy and all the sales staff especially Rene were very friendly and helpful."
