Working with these guys was very easy the whole process was pretty straightforward. I had a little hiccup with the weather and access to my property where I wanted the containers delivered and due to weather we had to hold off for a couple months and they worked with me without any issue. And once I got delivery date everything went smooth as could be. Driver showed up on time communication was great and was very skilled at getting the container to where I wanted them to be.

Everyone I have interacted with at Units has always been so friendly and helpful. They always surprise me with how quickly they are able to deliver or move the unit as well. Today Bill went above and beyond trying to fit our unit on to our property and took extra time to ensure it was straight and out of the way as possible. I definitely recommend Units and plan on using their services in the future.

Maria is THE BEST! I called her approximately 1 million times with questions and she was always friendly and so helpful. She also helped me out with a same-day pickup so my unit did not have to sit out on the street overnight. John delivered and picked up my unit and stayed longer when it wasn’t ready in time, 11/10 customer service. Finally, there was a minor issue with my unit after pickup and Maria went above and beyond to personally correct it. All my stuff arrived to my new home safely and quickly. I highly recommend UNITS!

The drivers doesn’t want to wait 1 minute ! If you don’t have clearance around the container they’re leaving to charge you more for every delay ! I had 2 containers rented from them it took them 2 weeks to pick up the first one … they kept rescheduling! When they came to pick up the second one the driver didn’t even blink … he said it’s not ready and he left !

We ordered 2 20ft containers and were told they’d be delivered on Friday and Tuesday. We’ll we waited all day Friday then the driver Ceaser called and said there was an issue locating it and we agreed he could deliver it Saturday morning. He was a bit late but while unloading the first container he told me he had both containers prepared the night before and was going back for the other one same day!! Thank you Ceaser! You’re awesome! Containers are in really good shape and we’re really happy. And thanks to Eloise for all her help too.

Been looking around for a good deal and I found this company who gave me a quote for 20 footer for 2 grand but when I was about to pay there are a lot of hidden charges so I cancelled it right away. Good thing i stumbled upon onsite storage and called them. Was able to talk to Jie and she quickly responded then gave me a better price. They are very transparent and she even gave me $100 discount! I bought 3 20 footer by the way and may i add, all in good condition as they communicated with me. Pleasant experience.

Just had a 40 ‘ delivered today. Had some problems with rescheduling because of bad weather. OnSite handled that very well. Drop off site wasn’t the most convenient. Delivery folks excellent. Can’t say enough good about the product and the process. Highly recommend these folks.

I would recommend this company over the larger chain competitors. Super good and communicative customer service. Accommodating with drop off and pick up times . Made logistics one of the least painful experiences I’ve had. Also super reasonable price, highly recommend!

We used Onsite Storage to purchase a second hand 20’ container. The communication was great from start to finish. I tried to find a cheaper one without success proving they are the cheapest I could find.

I’ma little uncertain given a couple of people gave bad reviews from google, but my experience went very well for me. I knew first hand that Im getting a used container so wasn’t surprised by a few minor dents and scratches. It pretty much looks waterproof with no holes, etc. Tim the delivery guy and all the sales staff especially Rene were very friendly and helpful.

I’ve purchased shipping storage previously and I’m knowledgeable on what to expect as far as condition goes. Their usual turnaround time was 2-3 weeks due to COVID, received the shipping storage in 19 days!! The driver was very professional and friendly. I want it to be put on a specific location but he got it don. Shipping storage had it’s normal wear & tear, no holes and no damage.

The spike in shipping container price is unbelievable. Ive been calling shipping container dealers left and right. Most of the companies are putting up products with telling the real price so it is very time consuming. Im glad that Onsite storage is very honest and will let you know upfront the price and the real unit condition. Exceptionally good customer service from start to finish which makes the price hike not a big deal. Sales person is very efficient and knowledgeable. Delivery went smoothly too. Awesome!
