When you call in you get a call center and the customer service lady, I wish I could remember her name but she had a southern accent. She was so helpful and accommodating and was not going to quit until she had everything covered and squared away. I have rarely experienced customer service at this level.

My 20ft container arrived yesterday. I am really happy that I contacted them. The containers looks exactly the same with the picture they sent. The third-party delivery is also very easy to contact to when the container will arrive. Will do another deal with them in the future.
