These studios measure 320 square feet while one-bedroom dwellings boast 640 square feet, with two bedrooms offering double that amount!... With studios ranging from 320 square feet to two-bedroom rentals averaging 640 square feet, the Box 500 Apartments is set to be among the tallest structures constructed out of steel shipping containers. According to Newman, these living units will remain reasonably priced for those making 60% of their area’s median income.
