"Ordered a wind/water tight container. We were excited because the process was so smooth and easy. Unfortunately, when the container arrived there was a hole that was covered by aluminum tape. I know what it is because my husband works with it even though they tried to say it was steel tape. They also said that was expected of used containers, but I only read dints and rust not holes. If the container is suppose to be wind/water sealed holes are not an expectation and prices should be lower if they can\'t actually sell what the customer needs. They wanted pictures etc... at this point I dont have the time. There were unmet expectations and loss of trust."

"Maria is THE BEST! I called her approximately 1 million times with questions and she was always friendly and so helpful. She also helped me out with a same-day pickup so my unit did not have to sit out on the street overnight. John delivered and picked up my unit and stayed longer when it wasn't ready in time, 11/10 customer service. Finally, there was a minor issue with my unit after pickup and Maria went above and beyond to personally correct it. All my stuff arrived to my new home safely and quickly. I highly recommend UNITS!"
