I needed a container rather quickly,, so I called On-Site Storage Solutions and spoke with Laureen, she was very polite and professional. The delivery dates got moved out a week and I was about to find another supplier, however, Laureen stepped up and got me a delivery date two dates earlier. Cost me 100 extra bucks for the driver but it was well worth it. After speaking with the delivery driver, I was informed that when he arrived to pick up the container, he said it looked really bad so he refused it and made them load a better container.
