"Ordered a wind/water tight container. We were excited because the process was so smooth and easy. Unfortunately, when the container arrived there was a hole that was covered by aluminum tape. I know what it is because my husband works with it even though they tried to say it was steel tape. They also said that was expected of used containers, but I only read dints and rust not holes. If the container is suppose to be wind/water sealed holes are not an expectation and prices should be lower if they can\'t actually sell what the customer needs. They wanted pictures etc... at this point I dont have the time. There were unmet expectations and loss of trust."

"Had to relocate my business to my property so I could see after my elderly mother. I needed a container rather quickly,, so I called On-Site Storage Solutions and spoke with Laureen, she was very polite and professional. The delivery dates got moved out a week and I was about to find another supplier, however, Laureen stepped up and got me a delivery date two dates earlier. Cost me 100 extra bucks for the driver but it was well worth it. After speaking with the delivery driver, I was informed that when he arrived to pick up the container, he said it looked really bad so he refused it and made them load a better container. When the container arrived it was in excellent shape and I was pleased. 5 star experience all the way!"
