I know what it is because my husband works with it even though they tried to say it was steel tape. They also said that was expected of used containers, but I only read dints and rust not holes. If the container is suppose to be wind/water sealed holes are not an expectation and prices should be lower if they can\'t actually sell what the customer needs.
