- If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost will be deducted from your refund
- Original and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund

"received used shipping crate on 7/27/21 delivery driver had hard time placing container ( we have a wide open lot) I was inside while he tried to get it in the wide open spot he drops container and leaves. We were told they are guarantied to be water tight. Its winter where I live and 5 months later we go in to get a few things out and see that there is water leaking in 3-4 places along with daylight you can see where a fork lift went through the bottom. I called to see what could be done as they guarantee it to be water tight. That guarantee expires when the delivery driver leaves apparently. Lady on the phone was rude and said its been 7 months and there not much that could be done. what ever rubber paint they used to seal damaged areas does not last. Buyer beware. we had a welder coming to repair leaks today. I understand its a used product but thought it would have been at least water tight like I was promised"

"Do Not buy from this place ever! The worst !We purchased a container, with the promise that i was going to delivered one week later. After TWO WEEKS, of the purchase we had to cancel the sale because the container never arrived, the customer service never gave us a real answer, every time i called they say, that they’ll call me back for an update. NEVER AGAIN!"
