She also helped me out with a same-day pickup so my unit did not have to sit out on the street overnight. John delivered and picked up my unit and stayed longer when it wasn't ready in time, 11/10 customer service. Finally, there was a minor issue with my unit after pickup and Maria went above and beyond to personally correct it. All my stuff arrived to my new home safely and quickly.
