- Special-order parts are non-refundable
- If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost will be deducted from your refund
- Original and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund
- Returns made after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the product price
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Damaged Items:
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the item and packaging
- If the issue is determined to be our error, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost
- If the damage occurred during shipping, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier

"Ordered a wind/water tight container. We were excited because the process was so smooth and easy. Unfortunately, when the container arrived there was a hole that was covered by aluminum tape. I know what it is because my husband works with it even though they tried to say it was steel tape. They also said that was expected of used containers, but I only read dints and rust not holes. If the container is suppose to be wind/water sealed holes are not an expectation and prices should be lower if they can\'t actually sell what the customer needs. They wanted pictures etc... at this point I dont have the time. There were unmet expectations and loss of trust."

"Recently purchased a one use 8x40 conex unit. One very slight ding other than that perfect. Looks brand new, doors,seals,floor. Had my doubts an I follow up on every thing. Was told that the driver was top notch, Jeremy B., that I had a marginal site. Spoke with him and was well insured. Delivery day was a ???? mess as it rained all night. All I can say is experience showed up. Was amazed...would say the company has excellent communication skills. Would definitely recommend."
