Return Requirements:
- Special-order parts are non-refundable
- If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost will be deducted from your refund
- Original and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund
- Returns made after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the product price
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Damaged Items:
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the item and packaging
- If the issue is determined to be our error, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost
- If the damage occurred during shipping, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier

I want to say that the containers exceeded my expectations. The floors on the inside were so good that they looked like balroom dance floors. The guys at the distribution center where I picked up my containers were outstanding. They were quick, efficient, and loaded the containers exactly as requested and this all occured within minutes..
