"Prices are.great. But the communication is terrible. You call for delivery and they tell you to hang up and request it via email. Oh thanks wish I knew that... And because I do not own or operate your business, I don't know what to write ... Or not to write in this email. Because I did not know how they own or operate their business, they showed up with my unit with the door loaded in the wrong direction and the driver tried to tell me it wasn't his fault... No one called to ask where I wanted it or what direction I wanted the door to open to.
