In April 2021, Joshua and Courtney Booth, who are a couple and also developers, began building Stacks at Wilson on the Westside of Atlanta. They have partnered with Team Trilogy, a realty firm from Compass, to promote the shipping container houses at Stacks at Wilson.

The shipping container home builders are in discussions with vendors to incorporate solar energy and rainwater retention methods into the construction of the next four homes for increased sustainability. The permit process has already begun for the following home, which will be constructed using eight shipping containers.
