We drop the shipping container at your location. After your final payment, it is 100% yours to keep.
We offer a 33% Early Payoff Discount on your remaining balance, available at any time during your contract, except during the last 6 months. For example, if you have 18 months left and owe $6,000, you would only pay $4,020. The sooner you pay it off, the more you save.
You can cancel at any time. If you cancel before delivery, the process is simple, and there is no delivery to reverse. If the container has already been delivered, a retrieval fee applies, and your account must be current on payments before we can coordinate a pickup. Please note that prior rental payments already made are not refunded upon return.
No. Your monthly payment is your rental payment, nothing more. There is no interest, no principal, and no surprise buyout at the end of your term. Once your final payment is made, the container is yours.
The Liability Damage Waiver (LDW) protects your container in situations outside your control, such as fire, windstorm, or hail damage. If something happens to the unit, you are covered for the total remaining balance of your contract. Please note that the LDW covers the container itself, not the contents inside it.

RTO is available on most standard containers. Modifications are supported, such as adding doors, windows, and vents, as long as our dealer handles them. We are not able to process RTO on AS-IS containers or units with plumbing, extensive electrical, flooring, or drywall. If you are unsure about your configuration, just ask us, and we will let you know what is possible.
Your total cash price is the container price plus delivery. From there, your down payment is as low as 10% for single container deliveries within 250 miles, or 20% for longer distances or modified units. We can accommodate orders for two containers under our RTO program. Two-container orders require a 20% down payment, and delivery must be within 200 miles. If you need more than two units, reach out to our team, and we will walk you through the best options available.
