We drop the shipping container at your location. After your final payment, it is 100% yours to keep.
On-Site Storage Solutions, Inc. will provide the shipping container you want and My Container Rental will provide the Rent-To-Own contract. On-Site will coordinate the delivery of your container with you and My Container Rental will handle the contract and the payments. You will own the container once you complete the last payment at the end of your selected term.
Rent-To-Own does not use an interest rate. This is a month-to-month rental contract and once you complete the rental term, you own the container. There is no interest or principal, this is a rental rate. No hidden fees or cutouts. Rent-To-Own is not a traditional financial institution and does not offer loans.
Rent-To-Own does not run credit checks before approval and does not report to credit agencies. Rent-To-Own does have the option to run a public background check at our discretion.
The liability damage waiver is protection for your container when something happens to it out of your control. Rent-To-Own does not protect the contents of the container, just the container itself. The Liability Damage Waiver covers the total remaining balance of your contract. The cost of this protection is $8/mo.
There is a 33% early payoff discount on the remaining balance.

Get a single container delivered to your location for the first and last month’s rent-to-own rate if under 200 miles. If delivery is over 200 miles, then the amount due is 20% of the total. Call us or shop the website for rates and delivery costs.
Currently, a maximum of 2 containers can be purchased using our Rent-To-Own payment option. The maximum delivery mileage is 200 miles and 20% of the total is due prior to delivery.
Yes, but only for containers modified in advance. Acceptable modifications include painting; doors; windows and vents. Excluded modifications include but are not limited to plumbing, extensive electrical, flooring, insulation, paneling, etc. Delivery is limited to 200 miles and a minimum of 20% of the total is due prior to delivery.
