"Where do I even begin? This company has redefined what exceptional customer service means. Not only their containers are top-notch, but their team goes above and beyond to ensure that every interaction with them is pleasant and memorable. I feel valued as a customer, and that level of care is truly rare to find these days."

"Unbeatable prices on shipping containers, but what truly sets them apart is their incredible customer service. From start to finish, communication was seamless, making the whole process completely worry- and hassle-free. I’ll definitely be coming back to them for my next container purchase."

"I would like to say that On Site Storage has been a pleasure to work with while I was purchasing a couple of Shipping Containers. From the sale to the pickup and loading, everone was great. I want to say that the containers exceeded my expectations. The floors on the inside were so good that they looked like balroom dance floors. The guys at the distribution center where I picked up my containers were outstanding. They were quick, efficient, and loaded the containers exactly as requested and this all occured within minutes.. I was in and out in 20 minutes, and these folks were very kind and accomidating. They went out of their way to provide excelent service. I highly recoment that if you need containers and want great service, contact Desiree Torento at (310)-836-6150. or at www.onsitestorage.com"
