"Had to relocate my business to my property so I could see after my elderly mother. I needed a container rather quickly,, so I called On-Site Storage Solutions and spoke with Laureen, she was very polite and professional. The delivery dates got moved out a week and I was about to find another supplier, however, Laureen stepped up and got me a delivery date two dates earlier. Cost me 100 extra bucks for the driver but it was well worth it. After speaking with the delivery driver, I was informed that when he arrived to pick up the container, he said it looked really bad so he refused it and made them load a better container. When the container arrived it was in excellent shape and I was pleased. 5 star experience all the way!"

"I thought purchasing a container is hard and should be overthinked but they made it so easy for us. They are so nice and comforting to talk to cause they make sure that im comfortable with what i choose. The delivery guy is really good to. They make sure they placed it on the right spot. I love them"
