"I'd think that's excellent customer service. The containers were exactly as described, and you weren't simply sent on your way when you gave the money. It's great to know the provider stayed "on board" until the box was off the truck last year, because I didn't have to look any further this year when I needed more boxes."

"Just had a 40 \' delivered today. Had some problems with rescheduling because of bad weather. OnSite handled that very well. Drop off site wasn\'t the most convenient. Delivery folks excellent. Can\'t say enough good about the product and the process. Highly recommend these folks."
