"received used shipping crate on 7/27/21 delivery driver had hard time placing container ( we have a wide open lot) I was inside while he tried to get it in the wide open spot he drops container and leaves. We were told they are guarantied to be water tight. Its winter where I live and 5 months later we go in to get a few things out and see that there is water leaking in 3-4 places along with daylight you can see where a fork lift went through the bottom. I called to see what could be done as they guarantee it to be water tight. That guarantee expires when the delivery driver leaves apparently. Lady on the phone was rude and said its been 7 months and there not much that could be done. what ever rubber paint they used to seal damaged areas does not last. Buyer beware. we had a welder coming to repair leaks today. I understand its a used product but thought it would have been at least water tight like I was promised"

"BIG MISTAKE. So had to edit old review. Container looks exactly the same and can not sell for $1000 or less no one wants it cost $2k plus $700 delivery.They call and say they will fix but year later I have an expensive piece of garbage. Beware good reviews are all from 5 months ago.Old review Container is no way in condition that they promise. Doors are so corroded they need a tremendous amount of effort to open and close."

"Had to relocate my business to my property so I could see after my elderly mother. I needed a container rather quickly,, so I called On-Site Storage Solutions and spoke with Laureen, she was very polite and professional. The delivery dates got moved out a week and I was about to find another supplier, however, Laureen stepped up and got me a delivery date two dates earlier. Cost me 100 extra bucks for the driver but it was well worth it. After speaking with the delivery driver, I was informed that when he arrived to pick up the container, he said it looked really bad so he refused it and made them load a better container. When the container arrived it was in excellent shape and I was pleased. 5 star experience all the way!"
