"When you call in you get a call center and the customer service lady, I wish I could remember her name but she had a southern accent. She was so helpful and accommodating and was not going to quit until she had everything covered and squared away. I have rarely experienced customer service at this level."

"I wanted a pic of the container that I was interested in purchasing. They refuse to send pics or let customers look at the condition of the containers. I told the lady I would not be comfortable with purchasing it without pics that seems a little shady to me. The lady called back scolding me. In a world with a camera in everyone\'s pocket common sense tells me that the quality is probably below standard. So I used do diligence and I get scolded by this crazy lady. I hung up on her she called back a second time to scold me. I have an appointment with the competition later this week to purchase one after a inspection. USE YOU DO DILIGENCE and BE AWARE of the CRAZY LADY"
