"It's crazy how much the price of shipping containers has gone up lately. I've called almost every shipping container provider, and most of them are being honest about the prices of their products, which makes the process very time-consuming. But I'm glad that Onsite Storage is fully honest about their prices and the conditions of their units. They gave great customer service from the beginning to the end, which made the price increase less of a big deal. The salesperson was also very good at what they did and knew a lot. The delivery went well, too. All in all, it was a great experience."

"Fantastic company to deal with. I needed a high 40 foot container to house power equipment that normally sits out all winter. I found on-site online and sent a request to them. Star contacted me directly. We discussed my needs and she immediately contacted the delivery agent for my area. She was able to get a quick turn around. I discussed finance with her which is a nice option but decided to pay outright. Once payment was made Star called right away and confirmed the delivery information. We were expecting a bad storm her with blizzard conditions. The delivery agent asked to come early. Star again reached out and confirmed an earlier day which was awesome as I would be able to get all of my things inside before the storm. The morning of delivery Eli called from Victor transport out of Chicago. Super friendly man. I gave him some pointers on the best exit to get to my house without going through town. He arrived on time. I showed him where I wanted it placed as well as an alternative. He said no problem. He put that truck and trailer in on the first try. Waited a few minutes while I placed the blocks under it and even helped. Dropped it and did a walk through with me. Signed off and down the road he went total drop time about 25 minutes. I was very apprehensive about doing this kind of transaction via phone and email but Star and Victor transport did not let me down. If I ever need another unit I will call on site first! Excellent transaction. Excellent water tight container! Very happy!"
