In April 2021, Joshua and Courtney Booth, who are a couple and also developers, began building Stacks at Wilson on the Westside of Atlanta. The Booths were confident they had a successful sale when 70 potential buyers attended their weekend open house and they received four offers exceeding the asking price on the first day. The house was eventually sold for $349,000, an amount that surpassed the initial asking price of $21,000. The permit process has already begun for the following home, which will be constructed using eight shipping containers.
