I’ve called almost every shipping container provider, and most of them are being honest about the prices of their products, which makes the process very time-consuming. But I’m glad that Onsite Storage is fully honest about their prices and the conditions of their units. They gave great customer service from the beginning to the end, which made the price increase less of a big deal. The salesperson was also very good at what they did and knew a lot. The delivery went well, too. All in all, it was a great experience.”

“Ordered a wind/water tight container. We were excited because the process was so smooth and easy. Unfortunately, when the container arrived there was a hole that was covered by aluminum tape. I know what it is because my husband works with it even though they tried to say it was steel tape. They also said that was expected of used containers, but I only read dints and rust not holes. If the container is suppose to be wind/water sealed holes are not an expectation and prices should be lower if they can\’t actually sell what the customer needs. They wanted pictures etc… at this point I dont have the time. There were unmet expectations and loss of trust.”
