"Thank you for your excellent service. Riley made the delivery day before yesterday and was efficient and professional. Completely accommodating in placement setting the crossties underneath. I had no way of helping him aside from showing him where we thought to put them. He looked like he was in a strong man contest flipping and setting those ties perfectly. Communicated very well, got in his mind how he was going to approach the drop and delivered perfectly.
