"Having experienced a warehouse fire and seeking a replacement solution I emailed Star at Onsite Storage. Of course, concerned in what condition the container to be received, especially the doors functioning properly. Star provided great service keeping us informed as to any price changes and when the container should arrive. Now delivered, we can report in good condition with the doors fully operational."

"Prices are.great. But the communication is terrible. You call for delivery and they tell you to hang up and request it via email. Oh thanks wish I knew that... And because I do not own or operate your business, I don't know what to write ... Or not to write in this email. Because I did not know how they own or operate their business, they showed up with my unit with the door loaded in the wrong direction and the driver tried to tell me it wasn't his fault... No one called to ask where I wanted it or what direction I wanted the door to open to. Because we were moving and selling our home I had a lot encounters with the staff and the communication is just... Aweful. UPDATE Read below their response. This are bad business practices. You rely on the customer to think of all the intricate details? As a business you have the responsibility to assure the customer experiences excellent service, including guiding them through details that are very important, but they may miss. And by the way, the first time I had it delivered, the rep asked me where it should go and what side the door to open to. The subsequent times, I had to bring that up. The last time I forgot and look what happened. Either you argue or learn from mistakes and perhaps improve your company. It's up to you."

"I ordered a used 20' which wasn't in stock when I called last month but Cris made sure that I could get what I need in time. I don't know what he did but it was magic! As soon as the container arrived in our delivery site, it doesn't look like it's used at all! Highly recommended!"
