"Thank you for your excellent service. Riley made the delivery day before yesterday and was efficient and professional. Completely accommodating in placement setting the crossties underneath. I had no way of helping him aside from showing him where we thought to put them. He looked like he was in a strong man contest flipping and setting those ties perfectly. Communicated very well, got in his mind how he was going to approach the drop and delivered perfectly. I would certainly recommend anyone use your service and Riley is a perfect example of someone you want representing your company. Thank You"

"Currently I am giving a 1 star review because despite paying in full and having a delivery date scheduled that has come and gone, I still don't have my boxes. I ordered 5 and have yet to receive one. They are clear there is a $300 cancellation fee, however the cost associated with their delays are just expected be covered by the buyer. I hope my boxes come soon, the boxes are in acceptable condition and the concerns regarding my sunk cost are addressed."

"Prices are.great. But the communication is terrible. You call for delivery and they tell you to hang up and request it via email. Oh thanks wish I knew that... And because I do not own or operate your business, I don't know what to write ... Or not to write in this email. Because I did not know how they own or operate their business, they showed up with my unit with the door loaded in the wrong direction and the driver tried to tell me it wasn't his fault... No one called to ask where I wanted it or what direction I wanted the door to open to. Because we were moving and selling our home I had a lot encounters with the staff and the communication is just... Aweful. UPDATE Read below their response. This are bad business practices. You rely on the customer to think of all the intricate details? As a business you have the responsibility to assure the customer experiences excellent service, including guiding them through details that are very important, but they may miss. And by the way, the first time I had it delivered, the rep asked me where it should go and what side the door to open to. The subsequent times, I had to bring that up. The last time I forgot and look what happened. Either you argue or learn from mistakes and perhaps improve your company. It's up to you."
