"It's unbelievable how much shipping container prices have increased recently. I've called nearly every shipping container dealer, and most of them are being honest about their product pricing--which makes the process very time-consuming. However, I'm glad that Onsite Storage is completely transparent with their pricing and unit conditions. They provided exceptional customer service from start to finish, which made the price hike not such a big deal. The sales person was also very efficient and knowledgeable. Delivery went smoothly too--Overall, it was an awesome experience!"

"Currently I am giving a 1 star review because despite paying in full and having a delivery date scheduled that has come and gone, I still don't have my boxes. I ordered 5 and have yet to receive one. They are clear there is a $300 cancellation fee, however the cost associated with their delays are just expected be covered by the buyer. I hope my boxes come soon, the boxes are in acceptable condition and the concerns regarding my sunk cost are addressed."
