"It was very frustrating the last time I shipped a container. I was not aware of container inspection. I was not also informed. The container was rejected at the entry, making it difficult, embarrassing and frustrating for the Trucker. Everything had to be rescheduled for inspection to be done separately. Not anymore this time. Responses to emails and phone calls were great. Also want to thank you for your patience while I was working scheduling with the container shippers."

"Been looking around for a good deal and I found this company who gave me a quote for 20 footer for 2 grand but when I was about to pay there are a lot of hidden charges so I cancelled it right away. Good thing i stumbled upon onsite storage and called them. Was able to talk to Jie and she quickly responded then gave me a better price. They are very transparent and she even gave me $100 discount! I bought 3 20 footer by the way and may i add, all in good condition as they communicated with me. Pleasant experience."

"The ladies at Onsite Storage Solutions were the BEST to work with! They texted me photos of my choices, which helped me greatly in making my decision...plus they were wonderful communicators all around. Excellent at returning phone calls & making sure everything was totally organized with us for a smooth delivery. The delivery driver was great too! Lastly, the price of our container was very competitive...we're just really pleased. I'd definitely work with Onsite Storage Solutions again in the future."
