“Currently I am giving a 1 star review because despite paying in full and having a delivery date scheduled that has come and gone, I still don’t have my boxes. I ordered 5 and have yet to receive one. They are clear there is a $300 cancellation fee, however the cost associated with their delays are just expected be covered by the buyer. I hope my boxes come soon, the boxes are in acceptable condition and the concerns regarding my sunk cost are addressed.”

“When you call in you get a call center and the customer service lady, I wish I could remember her name but she had a southern accent. She was so helpful and accommodating and was not going to quit until she had everything covered and squared away. I have rarely experienced customer service at this level.”

“On site storage was easy to work with. I want to give 4.5 stars because the shipping yard is not open Saturdays. It can be hard for us who work the same hours/days the yard is open. But over all, service was easy, fast, and reliable”
