"Not only do they have the best prices around (and will beat any competitor) but they also have the BEST customer service, ever! Mitchie was my one-on-one contact for the entire process. She was always quick and to the point with updates and follow-ups to my order. There were a few hiccups that occurred, but Mitchie was right there with me getting everything worked out. If I\'m ever in need of more shipping containers in the future, I will only give my business to On-Site Storage Solutions."

"Currently I am giving a 1 star review because despite paying in full and having a delivery date scheduled that has come and gone, I still don't have my boxes. I ordered 5 and have yet to receive one. They are clear there is a $300 cancellation fee, however the cost associated with their delays are just expected be covered by the buyer. I hope my boxes come soon, the boxes are in acceptable condition and the concerns regarding my sunk cost are addressed."
