“Fantastic company to deal with. I needed a high 40 foot container to house power equipment that normally sits out all winter. I found on-site online and sent a request to them. Star contacted me directly. We discussed my needs and she immediately contacted the delivery agent for my area. She was able to get a quick turn around. I discussed finance with her which is a nice option but decided to pay outright. Once payment was made Star called right away and confirmed the delivery information. We were expecting a bad storm her with blizzard conditions. The delivery agent asked to come early. Star again reached out and confirmed an earlier day which was awesome as I would be able to get all of my things inside before the storm. The morning of delivery Eli called from Victor transport out of Chicago. Super friendly man. I gave him some pointers on the best exit to get to my house without going through town. He arrived on time. I showed him where I wanted it placed as well as an alternative. He said no problem. He put that truck and trailer in on the first try. Waited a few minutes while I placed the blocks under it and even helped. Dropped it and did a walk through with me. Signed off and down the road he went total drop time about 25 minutes. I was very apprehensive about doing this kind of transaction via phone and email but Star and Victor transport did not let me down. If I ever need another unit I will call on site first! Excellent transaction. Excellent water tight container! Very happy!”

“Currently I am giving a 1 star review because despite paying in full and having a delivery date scheduled that has come and gone, I still don’t have my boxes. I ordered 5 and have yet to receive one. They are clear there is a $300 cancellation fee, however the cost associated with their delays are just expected be covered by the buyer. I hope my boxes come soon, the boxes are in acceptable condition and the concerns regarding my sunk cost are addressed.”

“received used shipping crate on 7/27/21 delivery driver had hard time placing container ( we have a wide open lot) I was inside while he tried to get it in the wide open spot he drops container and leaves. We were told they are guarantied to be water tight. Its winter where I live and 5 months later we go in to get a few things out and see that there is water leaking in 3-4 places along with daylight you can see where a fork lift went through the bottom. I called to see what could be done as they guarantee it to be water tight. That guarantee expires when the delivery driver leaves apparently. Lady on the phone was rude and said its been 7 months and there not much that could be done. what ever rubber paint they used to seal damaged areas does not last. Buyer beware. we had a welder coming to repair leaks today. I understand its a used product but thought it would have been at least water tight like I was promised”
