"I was completely amazed, as I had a fantastic client care encounter. There was an emergency where I needed a container fast. I was listened to and my request was met. I received my container, was treated nicely, and paid a reasonable price."

"Currently I am giving a 1 star review because despite paying in full and having a delivery date scheduled that has come and gone, I still don't have my boxes. I ordered 5 and have yet to receive one. They are clear there is a $300 cancellation fee, however the cost associated with their delays are just expected be covered by the buyer. I hope my boxes come soon, the boxes are in acceptable condition and the concerns regarding my sunk cost are addressed."
