“Had to relocate my business to my property so I could see after my elderly mother. I needed a container rather quickly,, so I called On-Site Storage Solutions and spoke with Laureen, she was very polite and professional. The delivery dates got moved out a week and I was about to find another supplier, however, Laureen stepped up and got me a delivery date two dates earlier. Cost me 100 extra bucks for the driver but it was well worth it. After speaking with the delivery driver, I was informed that when he arrived to pick up the container, he said it looked really bad so he refused it and made them load a better container. When the container arrived it was in excellent shape and I was pleased. 5 star experience all the way!”

The container was rejected at the entry, making it difficult, embarrassing and frustrating for the Trucker. Everything had to be rescheduled for inspection to be done separately.
